"We have been living here for 2 years now and we love it. When we were looking at the area, The Arrive came up as the most convenient and affordable place in the area. our leasing guy Ty gave us a great tour, allowed us to come back and measure our apartment for a couch fit, which we appreciated, and has continued to work with us to make sure we always feel taken care of here. The cleaning crew is very diligent and friendly and the maintenance staff mostly live on site and have always fulfilled our requests fast. The building is an older building, but it is a very solid building (thick floors, no noise complaints)...Wonderful shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars in the area, including an on site bar/Mini Mart, Dry Cleaners, Tailor and a Salon (I think they give you a discount if you live here).
